Hey everyone!

Well then, I am just a slacker when it comes to online journalling stuff these days, eh?  hehehe Yes I am back in Canada.  Same roommate, same dorm actually, just missing a few awesome people... not to say these girls aren't awesome.  I just don't know them very well yet.  School started yesterday... I think it will be a good year, even though I'm not sure about a couple classes.  woohoo Sophomore, big kid on campus... not.

Um.  anything interesting I could say before I go up to my wonderful bed in the atmosphere... Oh, please pray for Boeing and all the people who find it necessary to go on strike.  Some families can't afford such a silly act of rebellion.  And just pray for anyone else who is having a hard time... people going back to school, people in the south, people who need to hear God's voice... just to name some other things on my mind.

Well, I got a myspace.  If you want to check it out, it's www.myspace.com/carrottopchika I think.  It's definitely not too interesting, but it does have Keith Urban on it... that is a plus.  Ok, tired am I.  Sorry bout the lameness!

Great times, for sure.

If you think of it, could you pray for my cousin David?  He will be deployed in Iraq next week.  Thanks pals!

I've decided I am going back to Trinity this semester.  I didn't feel God putting anything else on my heart, and last year was a good year, so there I will be again.  Hopefully we'll figure something out, major-wise - besides political science! gag me with a spoon!  sorry.

well, that's about it!  How are your summers going?

Well hello again.

Last week was fun.  I have some pretty crazy relatives, let me tell you!  Love you, CW!  I finally went to the beach. ah. yay. sandcastles, shells, waves, sun (BURN!).. the works.  Missed out on some wakeboarding earlier cuz of stinkin work, but hopefully I'll get some in later, and definitely skiing. :) hehe.

So we leave in a few days for camping funness. I'm pretty gosh darn excited!  More crazy relatives... and maybe Rebecca?  <-- Laura's pal.  eek. ;)

I will never ever be a cart-pusher. nope. never.

Am I missing something?  Is there a sign that I am too blind to see?  Wellll... the payment for school is due very soon, kids, and I still have no direction whatsoever.  yikes.  I DO NOT LIKE IT!!  Sometimes I wish I could see the future and know everything, but where would faith and trust be?  hm.  Lessons learned in time.

Thank you God for never letting me down.

Hey dudes and dudettes.

Summer, you have yet to prove to me that you are here.  I NEED SUN!!! aarg.

I hate schedules.  I think we should all throw them out the second story window and watch a semi truck fly over them with muddy wheels.  Do you agree?

SO I'm looking forward to the next few weeks.  My aunt and 2 cousins are coming up from Texas on Thursday to stay with my family for a little over a week.  I like them.  It will be fun times.

Then a couple days after they leave my family will be going down to Cali for some serious camping time.  Sand Pond... ah.  No city lights, no showers, no flushing toilets... Just me communing with my Mother Earth.    Sorry, just had to throw some of my Cosmic Humanism in there.    Hiking, swimming... yes.  A good time in the making.

So on the 3rd of July, my cousin, sister and I were sitting on the dock eating our dinner, jumping from one subject to another when we happened upon homosexuality and how Canada made gay marriages legal.  "Love is love," according to him.  hmm.  "Interesting," I say.  "Don't argue," Laura says.  ok.  This would have been one of those theological/ moral/ political arguments, as he had to throw in the fact that I am a Bush supporter... and he is definitely not.  SO we ended up dropping the subject and moving on.  Following that logic, I could rightfully love and marry my sister, dad, crazy uncle, or cat.  yes.. quite interesting.

I am going around in circles and starting to get dizzy.

Tell me when you are not busy and I'll see if I'm not busy and we will get together.

Have a good July, all!

Mike and Kirstin's wedding was absolutely beautiful.
And I guess it's my turn to get married.... *sigh*

<-- it looks something like this.

Ladies can be vicious creatures when it comes to catching a bouquet, even little girls.  I think they are the scariest, actually.

k, I just need to find me a Gilbert...
